I have no idea what ""Finding top start gnome-shell"" is supposed to mean and the backtrace does not mention gnome-shell at all.

Feel free to reopen once you can provide better steps to reproduce the problem, and a proper backtrace, and output that actually included the SIGSEGV line.

Plus not sure why this was reported in GNOME Bugzilla and Launchpad, as nobody in Launchpad recommended to upstream it...
