Removed tests directory

There is a directory currently named "tests", and in my opinion they should be removed. Reasons:

 * They are not tests: they are just basic examples
 * They don't belong to at-spi2-atk: those examples doesn't depend at all of ATK. So they would belong to at-spi2-core, but ...
 * They are totally outdated. They are based on the old cspi. If that functionality is worthy as examples, those should be rewritten using atspi.
 * Real tests are coming (bug 730505), so it would be good to have the directory name "tests" available for it.
