libgweather in weather-yahoo.c, line 281 is hardcoding to http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?w=%s&u=f

this api should be available over https as well, so it would be good to upgrade to that.

The yahoo weather backend is disabled by default (because the
license only allows non commercial use), but heh, why not...
