There is no border around progress bar, which in some cases make it "invisible", like when the progress is 0% (reproducable with transmission-gtk torrent client).
Also this makes it weird that you don't see where it ends ... (possible to guess, but, I think this can be improved with adding tiny border around progress bar).

I'm on f21, using gnome-themes-standard-3.14.0-1.fc21.x86_64 
I'll also attach part of the transmission-gtk torrent client where the progress is at 0%

I'm not totally sure about the use of GtkTreeView.view.trough selector which may get other widgets, but I don't know how to select that otherwise. Any ideas?
