Open the applications view by gestures, it works by
slide right from the left screen edge. for LTR it correct.

For RTL it needs to be slide lrft from the right screen edge.
Now it works in RTL like in LTR, and it wrong.

It makes sense for the gesture to reflect the position of the
activities button / dash. In RTL locales, those are located on
the right rather than the left, so make the gesture apply to
the opposite edge in that case.

Pushed to gnome-3-14 - assuming that was what you meant, as 3.12 is really old and didn't even have this gesture ...
