GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 736832
gnome-shell: bad translation of "Wired Settings"
Last modified: 2014-09-18 17:23:16 UTC
#: ../js/ui/status/network.js:504 msgid "Wired Settings" msgstr "Configuración de Wi-Fi" The same problem may appear in older branches of gnome-control-center Internal Novell bug reference: BNC#877707
I just reviewed gnome-control-center. There is a string "Wired" and it seems to be translated correctly: #. Translators: This is used as the title of the connection #. * details window for ethernet, if there is only a single #. * profile. It is also used to display ethernet in the #. * device list. #. #: ../panels/network/net-device-ethernet.c:287 #: ../panels/network/network-ethernet.ui.h:1 #: ../panels/network/network-simple.ui.h:1 msgid "Wired" msgstr "Cableada"
This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
