It uses the term "File Manager" instead of "<app>Files</app>" and it asks the user to click on File->New Document->Empty document, but no such menu options remain. I guess this needs to be rephrased, but I'm unsure of how to create new document from Files…

Thanks for the report. It was simpler to remove the page entirely, as it specific to one application (Rhythmbox) and already documented in the application help. Fixed in master as 8e18c8fc7707e2964e891337a0660471eb61996d.
