Description philip_lee 2002-03-06 03:37:13 UTC
Package: panel
Version: 1.4.0.4
Severity:

>Synopsis:
>Class: sw-bug
System:

>Description:
Error box says:
Application "pandl" (process 1274) has crashed due to a fatal error. (Segmentation fault)

Basically, all I did was take the "laptop" default installation configuration for RH7.2, and selected Gnome as the only GUI.

The error comes up when I first log in, and just after the desktop starts. The panel appears as a blank grey bar along the bottom of the screen.

I'm running RH7.2 on a HP Omnibook 6000, nothing beyond the standard box.
