The Gecko speech generation change resulted an unwanted thing: Unfortunately Orca doesn't spokening to: label in Thunderbird message compose window, spokening only the text role. Testcase: 1. Launch Thunderbird. 2. Press CTRL+N keystroke. Expected result this step after Orca spokening window title: Orca need spokening the "To:" label before the text rolename. Actual result this step part: After Orca spokening the window title, spokening only the text rolename string. 3. Press SHIFT+TAB key to jump subject field. This situation Orca right reading subject text box related informations. 4. Press SHIFT+TAB key combination to jump the to: text box. This situation Orca not spokening too the to: label, only spokening the text rolename. My environment related informations: OS: Ubuntu 14.04 Orca version: latest master branch Affected Orca branches: master, gnome-3-14 Thunderbird version: 31.1.0 If I reverting following commit, the issue is not happening: commit acedcca172988997f85c342b1eedf2a28f13de0b Author: Joanmarie Diggs <jdiggs@igalia.com> Date: Thu Sep 11 18:40:48 2014 -0400 Use speech generators to generate speech for Gecko content I attaching a debug.out file. The same problem can be observed in the cc, bcc and reply-to fields.
