All the other system status menus include a link to their respective settings. "Location" doesn't. This isn't just inconsistent  - it also looks a bit weird that the menu only contains one item.

I'd call it "Privacy Settings" and link to the corresponding control center panel.

All other submenus link to the corresponding settings, so we should
do the same for location - the privacy panel in this case, which now
spots a "Location Services" switch ...
