unsure if the EXTRA_DIST part is right. Maybe it should be updated to include more files.

I missed that since I was building the latest release (3.13.2). Thanks for pointing it out. Should have gone to sleep yesterday instead of continuing with the bug reporting / patching I guess. :) A 3.13.9x release would be appreciated!
