Using Super-Tab when popover is active

When one of the popover menus is active, the progress bar can hide if the window is hovered when is in the background or if you use super-tab keys to switch windows.

Steps to reproduce.
1. Hover the video and click on the volume popover menu.
2. Leave the popover active and use Super-Tab keys to switch to another window.
3. The progress bar will disappear.

The second step could be this too.
2. Leave the popover active and click on another window (e.g. nautilus), then hover the mouse over totem's inactive window.
