After building gtk+-3, Gtk+ apps will suffer some glitches like invisible GtkSpinner, invisible GtkExpander arrows, invisible GtkTreeView node expander arrow and stuff that requires an icon theme.

Is a good idea to make gtk+ and gtk+-2 to depend on adwaita-icon-theme? so after building Gtk+, none apps will suffer glitches like those.
