Please take a look at following code from translator_ua.h (function: trCompoundReferenceFortran, line 1585:

	  case ClassDef::Union:      result+=" Об'єднання"; break;

	  case ClassDef::Protocol:   result+=" Протокол"; break;
	  case ClassDef::Category:   result+=" Категорія"; break;
	  case ClassDef::Exception:  result+=" Виняток"; break;
          default: break;
	}
      }
      else
      {
	if (isTemplate) result+=" Шаблон "; // (2)

In the first condition (1), the if statement checks if 'isTemplate' is set. Otherwise the else branch is taken. In the else branch it is checked again, if 'isTemplate' is set (2). This condition is always false and can be removed, or there is some copy and paste error.
