Martyn, also would be good to get a 1.0.3.1 release with these files included, So I can actually upload it to Ubuntu ;)

The top level COPYING file itself is not included in EXTRA_DIST, don't you want that too?

Actually, I plan on doing a 1.0.4 because I have some new developments and branch to merge too. I wanted to get it done this week so we can do a stable release in the following weeks. Will let you know how I get on!
