Description Alduin's Khajiit 2014-08-27 19:06:48 UTC
there is no X on the progress bar for image scaling causing a forced close of Gimp if one accidentally scales an image an unrealistically size like a 50x50 175 layer gif image, scaling it to 1800x1800 where it sits an hour and never completes unless you close out Gimp in task manager. since there is no cancel option like other tools have the X in the progress bar, anything else open would be a loss too, also if the task is using a lot of resources to scale the image, it makes the process of stopping it that much more difficult

This is essentially the same as bug #113564. It talks about "tool operations"
but could just as well be named "internal operations".
