Thanks for a bug report. This is correct, the source string comes from libical, which uses underscores (those are used also at /usr/share/zoneinfo/ + [the above string] as a file name). You can translate them to a human-readable text, which is shown in a timezone picker (for example Edit->Preferences->Calendar and Tasks->General tab->Timezone caption, click "Select" beside the timezone name, or the button beside the Second Zone label.
