Readd <ctrl>Z shortcut.

The <ctrl>Z shortcut is documented but does nothing. Here is a patch.

It’s Iagno, there is no button nor action for redoing, and it wouldn’t really make sense. So, it doesn’t need a shortcut. (And it’s not documented.)
