According to http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/0.10.36/gst-plugins-base-libs/html/gst-plugins-base-libs-gstvideo.html many function signatures are wrong in gstreamer-video-0.10.vapi.

On multiple occasions arguments are wrongly defined as "ref int", while they are just "int" according to the documentation.
