If you respawn on top of another worm, you slice him in half. Not sure what to do about this; it'd be pretty rough to kill the unlucky worm who was on the respawn point, but the only alternative is to delay the dead worm's respawn for a potentially really long time, so probably best to kill the worm on the respawn point.

Critical since I added an assertion to crash when this happens

Closing all the bugs. A major rewrite of the code is landing for 3.20, and there's no point in worrying about bugs in the old version anymore.
