If you have a frozen app, traditionally you would click the X button of its window and after a few secs, Mutter would say "hey this app is frozen, want to force-quit?"

This doesn't work anymore with applications that have their close button in a headerbar...

we're already tracking this with bug 729786, as part of a general CSD compatibility issue.
