In gnome-help/C/gs-animation.xml you use "Date and Time" at two places yet the rest of the UI refers to the same thing as "Date & Time". Maybe we could update the

This was discovered and discussed while trying to translate the guide to Swedish in tp-sv.

The reason to avoid the ampersand was the xml entity not being evaluated by blender. Would need to do some replacing before rendering.
