When I launch software, it takes a second or two for the landing page to be populated. During that time, the tiles for the recommended application sections change height in a jerky fashion. It's a bit jarring and not very smooth.

It would be better to keep the tiles a fixed size while loading the icons and data.

Kinda mitigated by my PackageKit work to ship some cached metadata on the LiveCD, but agreed.
