Description Allan Day 2014-08-14 11:55:18 UTC
The current labels float in each tile with an awkward position, often obscuring the application icon. The latest mockups have a better treatment:

According to Elad, this bug is no longer applicable.

Yep, we don't show installed stuff in the homepage anymore afaik, so people won't see the awkward looking labels there.

Not entirely true. For better or worse, the Editor's Picks tiles don't change after installing an app and just get the "Installed" label.

In any case, I've now updated the label positioning in https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-software/commit/?id=0550df7e7e482cbd64e42e4ff959a3602f8c32c3
