While moving the default wallpaper to gnome-backgrounds to share the same location with the lock screen background, I broke GNOME. Sorry.

schemas need to be updated to reflect the path change of the default wallpaper as well as the name change of the lock screen background which is now called adwaita-lock.jpg instead of Locked.jpg
