This sounds like a GtkHTML2 bug, but there doesn't seem to be a GtkHTML2
product on bugzilla.g.o.

Anyways.  If I open a man page in Yelp and extend the size of the window I
get the funny result in the screenshot attached.

this is the same problem as the scrolling bug. I think it's actually a
GtkHTML2 bug as you suggested, I'm going to move the gtkhtml2 bugs to
gnome bugzilla as soon as I have the time.
