so the text gets clipped in an unpleasant way.

Well.  Nautilus at least could still use the old splash, which was
much cooler.

The old about dialog for nautilus was never fully ported. Besides, it
wasn't good accessibility-wise.

kmaraas forced me to put the gnome about design done by jeff and me
here. It appeared in a gnome summary it seems. People seem to like it.

Dunno how accessible it is. I have no clue about that stuff.
