Description Morse 2014-07-26 23:04:11 UTC
Immediately after launch, evolution does synchronization with my mailbox without any error, but after some time, it hangs with the message "looking for changes in "INBOX"". The application is responsive, but any imapx-related operations do not work. They are all just queued without any progress. The application can only be killed after that.

The only thing printed to console is

(evolution:11936): camel-imapx-CRITICAL **: imapx_start_idle: assertion 'is->priv->idle_state == IMAPX_IDLE_OFF' failed

I can't tell if the time this error happens is anywhere near the moment when evolution breaks.

I use evolution 3.12.4 on fedora 20 installed from richard hughes' repo. There is a good chance that the error was introduced when I upgraded from 3.12.3, although I can't confirm it definitely.

Thanks for a bug report. There is filled a very similar bug already, thus I mark this as a duplicate of it. We are trying to investigate the circumstances to trigger the bug, but with no luck on my side.
