Screenshot of error message

I have some VCD's burned onto CDR's. They play fine in Windows Media Player and in my and others DVD players.

The video files, AVI and MPEG-1 play fine on this computer (under Videos) directly from stored files.

Running Ubuntu 14.04LTS here and installed Videos with all options. I am new to Ubuntu and Linux.

Inserting the CDR to play brought up the Videos screen and it gives the attached screenshot error message and says to file a bug.

I am a computer user, not a software writer. The attached error message said to file a bug and here it is!
