Nordic international characters (едц) are not visible in sent mail.
Regdardless of setting (8 bit/quoted) the result in a sent mail is question
marks.

tested rpm build, also rolled my own from src.rpm. No difference however.

This has been fixed in CVS. 1.3.3 release is imminent.
