Crash when NetworkManager is stopped

If I open the "network" panel, then stop NetworkManager, gnome-control-center crashes after a few seconds in wireless_enabled_toggled(). gnome-control-center 3.13.3-27-g7f60687 networkmanager 0.9.10.0 Program terminated with signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
