Python script dialogs activate always in the background and are drawn in a bright mouse-grey color instead the current theme color

this bug (python dialogs in background) depends on the coded script, see this one:

i use this brilliant python script all the time, because Gimp lacks with a perspective grid for digital painters.

Oh, and did this only happen for this one plug-in, or for all Python plug-ins in GIMP? (Please make sure that you can tell what menu entries are provided by Python plug-ins before answering this question).

the concerning py plugin bgii doesn't load at all. All py plugins load normally, another plugin called "Gimp-Book" loads in the background
