GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 732985
Python plug-in dialogs open in the background and use a different theme
Last modified: 2018-05-24 14:27:03 UTC
Python script dialogs activate always in the background and are drawn in a bright mouse-grey color instead the current theme color
Can you please attach a screenshot, and exact steps to reproduce (step by step)?
Hi Jo, I am closing this bug report as no updated information has been provided. Please feel free to reopen this bug if you can provide the information that was asked for in a previous comment.
this bug (python dialogs in background) depends on the coded script, see this one: http://registry.gimp.org/node/28413 i use this brilliant python script all the time, because Gimp lacks with a perspective grid for digital painters.
Does this still happen with 2.8.22?
Oh, and did this only happen for this one plug-in, or for all Python plug-ins in GIMP? (Please make sure that you can tell what menu entries are provided by Python plug-ins before answering this question).
(In reply to Michael Schumacher from comment #5) > Oh, and did this only happen for this one plug-in, or for all Python > plug-ins in GIMP? (Please make sure that you can tell what menu entries are > provided by Python plug-ins before answering this question). the concerning py plugin bgii doesn't load at all. All py plugins load normally, another plugin called "Gimp-Book" loads in the background see: http://ragnarb.com/toolbox/gimp-book/
