GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 732014
Gnome-classic-mode application menu extension is overexpanded
Last modified: 2017-11-25 02:19:52 UTC
Created attachment 278905 [details] application-menu I've been using gnome-classic mode for a couple of days to test it out on Fedora 20 with gnome 3.12 installed through the copr repo. The bug that is decribed in the title happens both in classic mode and when you install the extension in normal shell. I've provided a screenshot.
A while ago there was a fix for computing the available max-height of popup menus on HiDPI displays in gnome-shell. I suspect that's what's going on here - were you using a HiDPI display? Can you still reproduce this?
