Step to reproduce:
1. Start nautilus
2. Connect (through wifi) to a server using sftp connection
3. Close nautilus windows (or nautilus -q in terminal)
4. Turn off wifi
5. Nautilus will not start again (window will not appear)
gvfs-mount -u "sftp_connection" or turn on wifi connnection again will make nautilus work.

nautilus v3.12.2

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
