Use ratio sign for all aspect ratios

Hi,

I noticed that while two of the aspect ratios shown in the GUI of Totem uses the UTF-8 ratio sign (16∶9 and 2.11∶1), the third (4:3) uses a plain colon instead.

Attached patch changes that aspect to use ratio sign as well. I have compiled and have tested that it works.

The inconsistency was introduced in

https://git.gnome.org/browse/totem/commit/data/totem.ui?id=8ff9c0d1dd058d60696eed6a778e2750ac02fac1

and seems to be unintentional since all the aspects used the ratio sign earlier.

Regards,
Anders Jonsson
