Description Carsten Rinke 2014-06-12 18:52:34 UTC
Add a selection box to the accounts option tab that lets the user select the level up to which the accounts will be considered in the report.

Accounts below this level will be roll-up to the corresponding parent.

test gnucash file

This is an example gnucash file that you can use to play around with the patch.

It has several asset accounts on the 3rd level with budgets connected to it.
When running a bar chart report these accounts are displayed by default.

You see the enhancement effect if you switch between account level selection 3 and 2.

Thank you for your patch. It implements an enhancement so by our bugfix policy this should go on the master branch.

Unfortunately your patch doesn't apply on the current master branch. Can you please attach a version of the patch that does ?

Thanks.

Thanks for the update. I have played with it and it looks good to me.

It is pushed to master so the new functionality will appear in gnucash 2.8.
