pango-view/pango-view.1.in in pango-1.36.3 consists of a single line:

help2man is required to generate this file.

which makes the installed pango-view(1) man page contain just this line as well.

Please fix, and perhaps even make a missing help2man break 'make distribution' so this doesn't happen again. Thanks.

the latest tarballs were generated on a system with help2man installed
