shell: Change mnemonic for "_Comment" in song properties

_Comment and _Composer, essentially and that makes it impossible to jump to that label using a11y keys. 

The attached patch changes "_Comment" to "Comm_ent"; 'e' and 'o' are the only two unused characters in that dialog.
