Description Thomas Klausner 2014-05-25 15:10:55 UTC
On non-Darwin, the configure script looks for the optional gnome-keyring dependency, but there is no way that I can see to disable the detection.
It would make the lives of packagers easy if something like --disable-gnome-keyring existed, because you might not want to depend on everything that's currently installed, but be able to select a subsection, for more reproducible builds.
Please add such an option.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.

The new configure option is called --disable-password-storage
