Description Paul Menzel 2014-05-22 20:24:02 UTC
Using Nautilus 3.12.0 attaching a digital camera, it is detected just fine. Copying pictures from it to the local drive, the time stamps of the pictures are not preserved and the copy time is shown. It is still in the EXIF meta data, but the file time stamps would be easier to handle.

Therefore another program like Gtkam or some other program has to be used to get the pictures from the camera.

-> gvfs

This sounds like a problem with the libgphoto gvfs backend.
