Description Derek 2014-05-16 18:43:58 UTC
When opening the aggregate menu for the first time the speaker icon shows bigger than expected, then shortly shrinks to normal size. Unconfirmed wether it affects other icons.
Comment 1 Derek 2014-05-16 19:12:17 UTC
I have recorded a video to show the problem.

More than 3 years later and this bug is still not fixed...
It happens on 3.26 beta 2.

This really makes us want to fix it *eyeroll*

> It happens on 3.26 beta 2.

This is all that was needed, really.

Does this still happen on a Wayland? An updated recording of the bug would also be helpful as the one in comment 2 is gone.
Comment 5 Strangiato 2017-08-30 13:50:59 UTC
screencast does not capture this bug and I have no camera available to record a video.

demonstration in Gnome 3.28.2

Bug persists in Gnome 3.28.2, Wayland session, Arch Linux.
It's more noticeable when shell becomes slower after some hours using my laptop.
I recorded a screencast.

I can't confirm.
Still happening on Arch Linux after upgrade to Gnome 3.36.
It's less noticeable at least.

Yes, the bug is still there :(
Comment 15 Strangiato 2021-02-23 12:30:00 UTC
