Debug file with possible showing why happening this issue

Dear Joanie,

I found a very interesting bug, with I fraid not full Orca related.
In Skype if I try using menues or context menues only with Orca speech support, not producing Orca any speech output after the context menu or the main menu activated, until I not closing the context menu or the activated main menu.

Testcase for example in Skype buddy list:
1. Before you go to the next testcase step, goto Orca preferences, and in speech page check the speak child position check box.
2. Launch Skype, login with your account.
3. Select a contact from the contact list.
4. Press the context menu button your keyboard, or click the selected contact with your mouse right button.
5. Use up or down arrow keys to move between the context menu.
Expected result: Orca need spokening the selected context menu item.
Actual result: Orca doesn't producing any speech output, in my braille display right presenting the selected context menu item.

My environment related informations:
OS: Ubuntu 14.04
Affected Orca branches: master, gnome-3-12, gnome-3-10
Packaged at-spi2-core version: 2.10.2
Qt-at-spi package version: 0.3.1-4fakesync1
Skype version: 4.2.0.11
Actual locale: hungarian
Affected Orca related preference with producing the issue: the issue happening only if the enablePositionSpeaking setting is True, default value is false

The attached debug.out file containing some suspicious traceback messages. When the debug.out file is created, I used Orca master branch version.
