Patch for master branch

Some extension advertise only minor shell version in version map, so if a user uses a patched version, e.g. 3.10.2, then update button is not shown at those extensions even though they support shell 3.10 and the installed version does not.

I'm attaching a patch that changes the check to look for patch version (3.10.2) or minor shell version (3.10) in extension's version map. The patch can be applied after the one attached to bug #730177.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and submit a patch. We apologize that we are not always able to respond to bug reports quickly.

This has been fixed in the development release 3.25.2 by removing install and uninstall support for GNOME Shell extensions from Tweak Tool. It is recommended to install and uninstall extensions through GNOME Software (supported since GNOME 3.22) instead.

GNOME Tweak Tool 3.26 will be released in September.
