postscript file that cannot be displayed by evince

Files in landscape format produced by app-text/a2ps cannot be displayed by
evince-3.12.1 and some earlier versions.
The same file displays just fine with gv and prints just fine.
Furthermore it displays just fine with older versions of evince, e.g.
evince-3.6.1 (I don't know which version introduced the error).

I have attached a sample file.

looks to still fail with 3.12.2 :/

This is a bug in libspectre. Most probably is this bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=76450
