Since we already have the repeat/shuffle menu as popover, we should convert the menu of the Playlist gear button too.

We have to add new actions for Add and Delete playlists, so we could convert the GtkMenu used by the gear button into a GMenu. Then set the menu button to show a popover instead of a simple menu.
