GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 729359
Read "accessKeyLabel" DOM property to display correct access key combinations in MediaWiki/Wikipedia
Last modified: 2015-06-08 14:04:29 UTC
Upstreaming from https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35080 On en.wikipedia.org frontpage, epiphany-3.10.3-1.fc20.i686 tooltip says "ctrl-alt-h" for "View History", but it should be "shift-alt-h". Google Chrome 34.0 shows correctly "shift-alt-h". "As of https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/q/6a81b0e53836cf72d54,n,z , MediaWiki supports the "accessKeyLabel" DOM property which browsers populate with the prefix so that we don't have to reverse engineer it. If Epiphany doesn't support this already, please file a bug report upstream."
Still an issue in 3.16.1
Thanks for reporting. This is really a WebKit feature request. You can file an enhancement bug on bugzilla.webkit.org and we'll see where it goes.
