The default size of the Send & Receive Mail dialog (F12) is not tall enough in Evolution 3.12.1 with GTK+ 3.12. It only displays one of my three accounts.

Thanks for a bug report. It might be partly gtk 3.12.x issue. Evolution remembers the chosen window size, thus make it large enough and that's it.
