The application menu provides a "New" item which allows to create a new vm. However this makes no sense when we are currently creating VM.

Also it is difficult for me to understand the rationale for having the "New" in this menu. Polari e.g. just has "Connections" there which is an action that is contextual independent and useful for every state of the application. Most apps have quit there which is equally contextual independent. For me the "New" action doesn't fit into the menu.

belong there.
