I cannot build frogr with a recent version of yelp because of this entry in configure.ac:

YELP_HELP_INIT([3.1.1])

I don't know what that "3.1.1" is for, the only allowed options are lc-media-links, no-lc-media-links, lc-dist and no-lc-dist.
