When I scroll document, it takes more than a minute to show a page,
during this time one of cpu cores is fully loaded.
Another pdf viewer works well.

Thanks for reporting this bug.  This bugs belongs to poppler,
the library used by Evince to render PDF's.  I have reported
the issue there, where you can follow up the progress.
